Published tours

Publishing to tours.panoristudio.com is optional. We store your tour page and media, title, link name, file manifest, version history, size, creation and update dates, publishing status, a random app installation ID, a hash of the publishing key, and a one-way fingerprint of the publishing IP address. These support delivery, ownership checks, daily limits, and abuse handling. The service generates the publishing key and receives it when authenticating changes; the database stores its hash.

Tours are public to anyone with the link. Search engines are asked not to index tours during the pilot; this does not make them private or prevent sharing.

Tour files remain stored while hosted. Taking a tour offline stops public delivery but does not automatically delete its files, earlier versions, or database records. There is currently no automatic cleanup schedule. We retain tour records and version history until deleted through an administrative process.

Reports include the tour name, reason, submitted details, creation date, and an IP fingerprint. They remain stored until administratively deleted. Do not include sensitive information in reports.

Cloudflare hosts the service using Workers, R2, and D1. It processes visitor IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the service, and may process data outside your country. Worker observability is enabled. Our application stores an IP fingerprint rather than the raw address; this does not prevent Cloudflare from processing technical request data. For deletion, email hello@panoristudio.com with your tour URL. We may ask for evidence that you control it. We complete valid deletion requests within 30 days. Shared files needed by another tour may remain for that tour; we remove the requesting tour's references and access.
