Clear terms for using Panori.
These terms apply to the Panori Studio website and the Individual edition available from this site.

Individual edition
Individual is available without account registration or licence activation. You may use its included features to create and export your own tours. These terms do not grant rights to redistribute or misrepresent the application itself.
Your content
You retain rights to content you create and import. You are responsible for permission to use all material in your projects.
Publishing tours online
You keep your content rights and grant Panori Studio permission to store, copy, and display published content as needed to operate the hosting service. Publish only content you have permission to share, including identifiable people and private locations.
Do not publish illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content, malware, phishing pages, or private information without permission. Do not bypass publishing limits or interfere with the service.
Pilot limits are 500 MB per tour, 95 MB per file, 2,000 files per tour, five new tours per app installation per day, and 20 per network per day. Limits may change. The pilot service is provided as available, without an uptime guarantee.
Hosting continues until further notice. We will provide advance notice before closing the pilot hosting service. Keep your own project, media, and static export backups so you can host elsewhere.
We may suspend or remove tours or pause publishing in response to abuse, reports, legal requirements, or operational problems. Visitors can use the Report link on each published tour. Where reasonably possible, we explain removals to the contact supplied to us.
Keep your project and publishing key private and backed up. They control updating and taking the tour offline. Link names remain reserved while the tour record exists. Taking a tour offline does not automatically delete stored files. Request deletion at hello@panoristudio.com; valid requests are completed within 30 days.
Acceptable use
Do not use the software or website to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
Third-party services
Exported tours may be hosted through services you choose. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and warranties
The software and website are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Keep backups.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Panori Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the software or website.
