These terms apply to the Panori Studio website and the Individual edition available from this site.

Individual edition
Individual is available without account registration or licence activation. You may use its included features to create and export your own tours. These terms do not grant rights to redistribute or misrepresent the application itself.
Your content
You retain rights to content you create and import. You are responsible for permission to use all material in your projects.
Acceptable use
Do not use the software or website to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, or interfere with the service.
Third-party services
Exported tours may be hosted through services you choose. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and warranties
The software and website are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Keep backups.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Panori Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the software or website.
